the rooftop restaurant offered amazing sea views. the staff dealt willingly with parking and transfers. the wellness center receptionist was caring.
The hotel lacked noise protection. I could hear everything. there was banging and clattering starting at 5am, so i had to call reception. the shower was cold when used in the morning.

the staff was helpful they gave clear instructions about the amenities i could use right away check-in was fast the wifi directions were simple the rooftop restaurant had a good buffet i liked the quality and the view there are many beach front cafes nearby plus a nice little park out front
my room faced a busy street the noise bothered me the hotel should get better windows to block it the bed sheets felt cheap i expected better quality for a five star place the snacks in my minibar looked like they had been tossed around i think the hotel should show guests where the spa is

we adored the rooftop bar. IT offered fabulous views. the spa had an outdoor terrace. wellness smoothies were also available. the gym included equipment FOR a solid workout. the staff was helpful.

the service was perfect from start to finish. every detail was handled with great professionalism and warmth. the team, from reception to housekeeping, was cute and available at all times. this created an atmosphere of true hospitality.

the breakfast included a great selection of food. i dined one evening at the rooftop restaurant. the food was lovely there. delicious cocktails were available and the restaurant staff was friendly.
